KUALA LUMPUR: Persatuan Industri Semikonduktor Malaysia (MSIA) menyasarkan eksport semikonduktor mencecah RM1.2 trilion menjelang 2030. Presiden MSIA Datuk Seri Wong Siew Hai berkata sasaran itu mengukuhkan kedudukan Malaysia sebagai pengeksport keenam terbesar di dunia dan mewakili kadar pertumbuhan tahunan kompaun (CAGR) kira-kira 7.6 peratus daripada nilai eksport semasa. “Untuk mencapai pertumbuhan ini, Malaysia perlu memberi tumpuan untuk meningkatkan keupayaannya merentasi rantaian nilai semikonduktor, termasuk pembungkusan termaju, reka bentuk litar bersepadu (IC) dan pembuatan pintar,” katanya dalam sesi sembang api di Persidangan Tech in Asia 2024 di sini. hari ini. KUALA LANGAT – Kerajaan negeri bersama Kementerian Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan (KPKT) dalam usaha menyelesaikan isu projek Rumah Selangorku berhampiran Kampung Tali Air, Morib yang terbengkalai. Menteri Besar Selangor, Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari berkata, proses perbincangan menunjukkan perkembangan positif dan keputusan berhubung perkara itu bakal dimuktamadkan. Menurutnya, tumpuan penyelesaian membabitkan penyiapan projek disusuli isu-isu berbangkit termasuk ansuran bulanan bank ditanggung pembeli. Fokus utama selesaikan masalah rumah terlebih dahulu. Jika masalah utama tak selesai, isu-isu lain seperti bayaran bulanan dan insolvensi kurang bermakna. “Isu ini babitkan banyak perkara iaitu syarikat yang telah gulung tikar serta penggantian kontraktor. “Kita akan ambil kira semua aspek memastikan penyelesaian menguntungkan kedua belah pihak,” katanya ditemui pada Majlis Perasmian Festival Selangor @ Batu Laut 2024 pada Sabtu. Beliau berkata demikian ketika mengulas berhubung projek berkenaan masih gagal disiapkan menyebabkan lebih 500 pembeli belum dapat menduduki rumah tersebut. Difahamkan projek sepatutnya siap sekitar 2020 dan 2022 namun tiada tanda-tanda kerja pembinaan diteruskan. Dalam perkembangan berasingan, beliau turut mengulas isu kebimbangan penduduk Flat PKNS Taman Keramat Permai berkenaan kekerapan kejadian tanah mendap kebelakangan ini. Amirudin berkata, situasi tersebut akan dipantau dan mengambil langkah perlu bagi mengelak insiden tidak diingini berlaku. “Masalah tersebut pernah berlaku sebelum ini dan PKNS telah diminta (pantau) keadaan pergerakan (tanah). “Biar pihak terbabit siasat terlebih dahulu masalah. Bangunan ini telah dibina sejak 80-an sudah pasti banyak aspek yang perlu disemak dan diperiksa, ” katanya.
